First, you need to access your BIOS SETUP. Accessing your BIOS SETUP is depending to your BIOS version. Mostly use key for accessing the BIOS SETUP are the following:
- DEL
- F2
- F4
- F12
Considering that you are inside the BIOS SETUP. This is the complex part of it because every BIOS SETUP have different version, and different environment of they arrange their options, and some of BIOS SETUP nowadays are GUI (Graphical User Interface). It is much easier than the older version of BIOS SETUP.
But to generalize all of them, you can change your boot settings by looking for BOOT PRIORITY option (or some close term used) and just follow the instruction of how to change or to move down-up the device you want to boot first.
Considering that you already change your BOOT PRIORITY to your CD/DVD-ROM. Press F10 to Save Settings and Exit ("Y" for Yes and "N" for No).
Your computer will now restart and should be BOOT in your CD/DVD-ROM.
